End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Binding Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between the user (“User”) and the platform operator (“Owner”) located in Lithuania.
Accessing or using the platform constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service.
2. Eligibility (Strict 18+ Requirement)
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old.
- You are legally capable of entering binding contracts.
- You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You are solely responsible for determining legality of use in your country.
Any use by minors is strictly prohibited. Any consequences arising from misuse by minors remain the responsibility of the user and/or guardian where applicable.
3. License Grant (Limited Rights Only)
The Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for lawful purposes.
This license does NOT grant ownership or rights over:
- Software or source code
- Platform infrastructure
- Designs, branding, or intellectual property
- Any proprietary systems or features
4. Strict Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Attempt hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or exploitation.
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit any user or system.
- Bypass security systems or access restrictions.
- Use bots or automation without permission.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
5. Full User Responsibility (Critical Clause)
Users assume full and exclusive responsibility for all actions performed under their account, device, or connection.
The User agrees that they are the sole legal actor in all activities performed through the platform.
The Owner is not responsible for:
- User actions or misconduct
- Content posted or shared by users
- Transactions or interactions between users
- Illegal or unauthorized use of accounts
6. No Monitoring Obligation
The Owner has no obligation to monitor user activity, but reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content at its sole discretion.
7. Platform Rights
The Owner reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
- Remove content at any time
- Restrict access to the platform or features
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities
- Modify or discontinue services at any time
8. Intellectual Property Protection
All content, code, branding, design, and platform functionality remain the exclusive property of the Owner.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, scraping, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect user damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- System downtime or technical failures
- Security breaches beyond reasonable control
- User-generated content or actions
- Third-party conduct or services
10. No Warranty
The platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including reliability, availability, or security guarantees.
11. Indemnification (Strong Protection Clause)
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal costs arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the platform
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your infringement of third-party rights
12. Termination
The Owner may suspend or permanently terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected misuse, legal risk, or violation of this Agreement.
13. International Use
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. Access is prohibited where illegal.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Lithuanian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
15. Changes to Agreement
The Owner may update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
16. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining sections remain fully enforceable.
